Eligibility Code For NET UGT
- A candidate who is taking the qualifying examination, or the 12th grade, in 2022 and whose results are not yet available may apply and take the relevant test, but he or she will not be qualified for admission to the MBBS or BDS if the qualifying examination is not passed with the required pass percentage of marks at the time of the first round of counseling.
- NEET UG Code 02: The Higher/Senior Secondary Examination or the Indian School Certificate Examination, which is equivalent to the 10+2 Higher/Senior Secondary Examination after a period of 12 years of study, with the last two years of such study consisting of Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and Mathematics or any other elective subject with English at a level not less than the core course for English as prescribed by the government.
- The Intermediate/Pre-degree Examination in Science of an Indian University/Board or other recognized examining body, containing Physics, Chemistry, Biology / Biotechnology (which should include practical examination in these disciplines), and includes English as a required subject, is designated as UG NEET Code 03
- After passing either the Higher Secondary Examination or the Pre-University or an equivalent test, candidates must take the Pre-professional/Pre-medical Examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English. English is a required subject in the Pre-professional/Pre-medical examination, along with practical tests in these topics.
- NEET UG Code 05: The first year of a three-year degree program at an accredited university that includes coursework in physics, chemistry, biology, and biotechnology as well as practical tests in these fields, provided the exam is a university examination and the candidate has passed an earlier qualifying examination that included physics, chemistry, biology, and biotechnology with English at a level that is at least a core course.
- UG NEET Code 06: B.Sc.Examination of an Indian University, provided that the applicant has passed the B.Sc.Examination with at least two of the following subjects: Biology (Botany, Zoology), Chemistry, and Biotechnology, as well as the earlier qualifying examination, which the applicant passed with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English.
- NEET UG Code 07: Any other examination that is found to be equivalent to the Intermediate Science Examination of an Indian University/Board, taking Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, including practical tests in each of these subjects and English. This examination must cover the last two years of 10+2 study and include these subjects’ practical tests.
