Educational Qualification
Ph.D from Mangalore University on Studies on Nonlinear Optical Crystals in the year 2008.
M.Sc Physics with Electronics as special Subject from Mangalore University in the year 1988.

Area of Research presently engaged in: Growth and Characterisation of NLO Crystals

Minor Research Project
1. Successfully completed a Minor research project sanctioned by the UGC entitled “Crystal Growth of some nonlinear optical materials” bearing the UGC approval NO. F.NO.5-1(014)/2003(MRP) SWRO Dated 06- 08-2003.
2. Successfully completed a Minor research project sanctioned by the UGC entitled “Electrical and optical properties of doped L-Arginine Phosphate (LAP) nonlinear optical single crystals” in the year 2015.
